Resolve Pest Control was founded by Todd White in May of 2008. Before starting Resolve, Todd served as CFO for one of the South’s fastest-growing pest control companies. Prior to entering the pest control industry, he spent 13 years serving customers as an executive with Synovus Financial Corp.
That background in service, leadership, and accountability helped shape the foundation of Resolve Pest Control. Todd’s vision was to build a pest control company that did more than simply treat pest problems. He wanted to create a company known for professionalism, responsiveness, and lasting customer relationships.
His commitment led to the creation of the Resolve Customer Covenant, a promise to serve every customer with sincerity, courtesy, respect, gratitude, expertise, and resolve.
